I have got problem with looking fresh. I mean I get a shower at the morning, go outside for 10 minutes and hit a workout so I feel fresh for like 3 hours but then all of the sudden I start to look and feel tired and bad. Wnybody got any tip how to look fresh and feel fresh ?

@kurecivyvar6407 Heads up, some of the questions to help solve your problems maybe slightly personal: • Is your morning routine done in the order you described it in? • Are you still going through puberty? • What time do you go to bed? • Do you watch TV/social media and all of that stuff, in under an hour before you go to bed? • Are you always showering with hot water? If you are, you are half correct ( however mix it up, give your body that boost it needs to wake you up and get those cognitive functions and testosterone flowing, by doing 1-2 minutes hot, then 30 seconds cold) that alone will make a positive difference on mental and physical wellbeing. • Truthfully, how many times are you showering a week? • What are your teeth like, do you keep them fresh and clean etc? (Jose is always doing research on this stuff, so keep an eye on this channel). • Do you wash your skin, and moisturize? • Do you shave areas that gather the most sweat and bacteria; armpits, buttocks, groin etc? • do you clip your nails and toenails; do clean your ears inside and out? • Do you apply fragrances everyday, like anti sweat/ roll on deodorants, wth a bit of after shave to spice it up? • LASTLY (If you made it this far) GET TO BED BY 22:00/10PM LATEST AND DON'T TAKE THIS ADVICE FOR GRANTED, TRUST ME MAN, THIS IS GOLDEN ADVICE!
