2024 was easily my favorite year ever due to the positive changes I have done. Experienced a ton of bad things in the beginning of it but then I got up and changed everything about me in a few months. I was skinny fat and I built some muscle and got my 6 pack back. Face got slimmer changed the style to more mature clothes as well. I am a different guy entirely physically that even family and friends admire how I look. I ain’t got huge muscles I just got an athletic build. Women are starting to notice me way more and I am getting signals. I just live a healthy life and I don’t go to bars, clubs, or use apps. I just do errands and when I head out I get their attention. All you got to do is take care of yourself and balance it all out. Don’t just focus on one thing.
