I agree with this title. I’ve seen women use credit and affirm to go on trips. How about make more money, after the grind then enjoy your life. Every chick these days wants instant gratification 😂

I went to school with a guy who started working for Lowes in the early 80's. He married his high school sweetheart. His wife was a stay at home mom. And drove a school bus for extra change. But he always had the families back like a REAL man is SUPPOSED to. He raised 4 kids. 2 finished college. 1 military career. The other in public service. When he was about 55 and all the kids were grown his wife started tripping and wanted to adopt crumb snatcher. He didn't want to. She started acussing him of cheating. But he was just a country couch potatoe. She got a lawyer. Filed for divorce. Took 1/2 of his 401k. And forced the sale of the house they lived in for 40 years. He'd just borrowed money at 52 and remodeled the house. Now at 65. He says the 401k money she took in the divorce set his plans back. And because she divorced him in a stock bull market. He probably could have a extra 200k + at 65. This scenario happens often. Now its every man and woman for him and herself.

I understand what Anton is saying, when men reach the 6 figure status that includes a growth process he went through, attaching your wagon to someone that doesn’t understand or really care about what entails of him becoming, there will always be a disconnection. She only will appreciate the journey up to the part she joined, not what he had to go through.

Which is a smart decision. No person making six figures should be looking for no woman in the projects. its not smart because they have nothing to loose while you have everything. When you are a six figure man people like that are liabilities. To be honest I feel as if everyone should look to marry within their social and economic class.

@geraldos9094
@geraldos9094 8 ай бұрын
Remove the financial incentives from the equation and that’s when things get real. When women talk about love, notice it’s only the love they want to receive, not love that they plan to give from a man’s perspective. They keep a grocery list of things desired by men, but ask what they want to give, it’s things that require little to no effort on their part.

You know what’s crazy.. when did discussing our salaries become such a public criterion for dating. And then if you really think about it. Men being the provider is a remnant of the patriarchy. It's the economy. Once upon a time a dude working at McDonald's could at least afford to take care of himself, his girlfriend/wife, and one child in a small apartment. Money would be a little tight, but it was manageable. But these days not very many men could afford to support a family on his income alone.

Why should i combine resources with a woman that didn't help me build it, or the resources that i built by myself. After i build the empire i would not date a woman who has nothing, those days are long gone. My brother met a chick a couple of years ago and we are both in our 40's. A conversation came up and she was upset that i would not date a woman who was not on my level and i told her i don't want any children. My brother would but i said i would not. I told her that women have to meet me at the table with something. That nothingness does not work anymore.

Best advice for guys in this generation. Focus on building yourself up. From 20s - 30s work twice as much, double up the salaries, clean up your credit whether you stay at home with the parents of alone paying rent. If you rent stay alone and within your means, being alone is good for your mental health as you’re trying to build. Letting someone in is a distraction. That last part is don’t let nobody pressure you to have kids as you build. I notice people with multiple children pretend they’re not miserable and would be the same ones telling you how much a blessing they are and say have kids too to pass down lineage. They’re not keepin it real and want to drag you down into their experience. Once you follow through with this method, fruits in your life will be abundance, the right women come your way, parents could be taken care of properly, children become an option now, travel and explore the world is available. You’re living your best life in these trying times.

Absolutely correct my brother! Early Twenties I was irresponsible once and that experience changed the trajectory of my life along with financially taking care of my mother! Mistakes and so called family obligations will detour you from your path. Fortunately I was always a hard worker and never got into debt..literally started my life over completely late 30something. Now financially comfortable and exit strategy in place with overseas property and looking for more for substainable passive income..I live a rather bland but peaceful life.

It's all the more reason why these women should marry EARLY and STAY MARRIED, i.e. not divorce him 10 to 20 years later. Anton was talking about If he were to get married at his current age and status, and I see why. Most of these women want to wait at the finish line with zero investment for a man like that, with the option to divorce him and take everything he worked hard to build.

I don`t understand and I just can`t comprehend about a woman who wants to be a stay at home mum. You can`t predict the future. What if the man gets sick, gets into an accident or worse scenario he passes away?! Or the man decides he wants a divorce?! What are you going to do then?! How will you support yourself and your children if that happens?! Women should protect themselves and always have a backup plan or a Plan B. That is really scary to me. That is how some women end up homelless and destitued. Ladies, always have your own. And a career is a good way to start. Never, ever wholely and solely depend 100% on a man. That`s just crazy and irresponsible. 🤔😐😑

You're really not concerned if the man passed away or get sick, you are just concerned about the divorce. Even with divorce, stats show women are more likely to file than men, so men should definitely require a woman to have her own. Again, nothing in your statement shows you are even concerned about your husband, even if he gets sick your money should be "our" money not your own. It sounds like you would leave with your own if your husband can no longer provide.

Well, most women are definitely *_not_* housewives, heck they are *_not_* even trained to be just wives in the first place. And they are already divorcing men by the millions even though both are working. And I still see quite a lot of never married women who still end up homeless anyways. So your complaining amounts to a whole bunch of nothing. You are reacting to what women pretend to desire rather than what women actually do. Which is something I do not understand.

@@thepatrioarchy Wrong! Nobody is more concerned and cares about my husband than I do! And he knows this with not only my words, but my actions too. I`ll never file for a divorce. This is a man I am going to share the rest of my life with. The money we make together as a family, is "our" money. When we got married we had nothing. What we have today is what we both worked hard for. If my husband got sick and he can`t work, he wouldn`t even flinch coz he knows without a shadow of a doubt that I`ll hold down the fort without a problem. Why?! Coz I work! We won`t go into debt or become homeless just coz he got sick. He knows I got his back no matter what. A couple of years ago my husband actually did get seriously sick and for a second there we thought we were going to loose him. He pulled thru. He couldn`t work for over a year. And guess who stepped up?! Yap! Me! I`m the real deal and I`ll fight to the death for my family without hesitation. Now go back to your hoochie mammas, 304s and God knows what coz that is what it sounds like you date. A woman like me is rare! We are one in a million. Some of us were raised right and know what to do and how to act right. PS: I got married when I was 19 years old. Deuces! 😏🙄🤯👋🏽💯

Shahrazad Ali said this a long time ago when discussing how there is a misunderstanding when it comes to black relationships. You can work to get the big house and Corvette, but you can't raise the kids in your own.

100 percent agreed with anton and they don't like when he uses their logic and choices against them she's trying to fight the men having standards because it ruins their game...but you can't be unruly or not have earned that treatment and still expect it

I understand what Chanel Banks was trying to say with the whole “men not wanting career driven women”. It’s not that men don’t want career driven women. Infact, we do. HOWEVER, it becomes a huge problem when that so called career begins to interfere with common goals and goals begin to diverge which is very common with western women, particularly amongst black women unfortunately. They get to some place in their career then all of a sudden it’s “I don’t need to listen to you baby, I got myself” OR it’s “I need to level up”. And there then becomes a potential search for greener pastures. In turn, these women tend to lose sight of the bigger picture and common goal. “What’s mine is mine and what’s his is mine” seems to be the convention now amongst black women. Unfortunately this is actually why a lot of black families tend not to work out. I’ve seen women in or traditional cultures work and do WHATEVER it takes to ensure that the family wins at all costs. We talk about the Indian man being a wealthy doctor providing for his stay at home wife but not about that very same woman that worked to provide for the family whilst that man was in med school, all whilst giving him utmost respect and him still being the head of the household.

Women have made it clear they don’t want build a boos. But if they want ready made men they’ll have to accept him exercising options, prenups etc. Weren’t there for the struggle so I can never see you as being truly sincere in your desire for me.

Chanel's question was her asking for your impression of these women at that level that display characteristics that aren't desirable to men with such income. She wanted a glimpse of what other men think in regards to these masculine like women. Tone's answer was a simple fact, when a woman of any caliber is in the presence of a man she respects, all things deemed unlikable go out the window. A Hard exterior, but sweet and soft on the inside. Real Recognize Real.
