I have been doing this anyway. I never had TikTok but I've been slowly cleaning out my Instagram. Unfollowing the women I added purely for their looks and keeping it to friends and hobbies. Totally agree with everything you said here, your mental state is the top priority, it affects every single thing you do.

Look at the profiles of women on dating apps. Almost every profile I see the women are either saying what a horrible person they are like it's funny and a badge of honor.. OR they are listing what they want a guy to do for them and offering nothing in return. It's truly sickening how spoiled women have gotten in our society. It's a rude awakening when their looks go though. Then they become completely bitter and HATE men.

thank you for the reminder. I had the same thoughts a few years ago and since then I regularly do the "cleanse" but periodically fall back and "start collecting" again. It's a horrible habit or as you correctly say, addiction. But thankfully the process of deleting everything is pretty quick and painless. dont forget to go through your discover page a couple of time and mark said content as "uninterested" so the algorithm quickly understands that you don't want to see any more hot women. Then take five minutes to feed the algorithm by entering search words for things that would improve your life, e.g. healthy eating tips, work out advice, music practice, supercars ... whatever you actually want to see more of. My feed mostly consists of derpy shiba dogs and kick ass guitar players now. It's still quite a waste of time but at least it makes me happy in a much healthier, non-dehumanizing way!

Another thing that can greatly benefit your life it to mute everyones stories on instagram and snapchat. Watching people's stories on a daily basis is a massive distraction, waste of time, and can potentially cause you to feel bad about yourself. Nothing good comes out of watching other people live life. I did this about 2 months ago and the amount of time I spend on social media has dropped 90% and I am much happier as a result not to mention more focused

I agree with unfollowing hot girls on all social media. Tik tok does lower attention spans but it’s also great for finding recipes. Or for me as a musician, I can post little 1-2 minute previews of songs I’m working on. Just like any social media platform, there are more healthy ways to utilize them

Heres what i think should happen!!! Every single dating coach on social media should team up together and ABSOLUTELY FLOOD everything on social media. Do not give women free attention!!! I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s. It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others. But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm. It pisses me off when people always say that there's never too late or whenever people say that love is ageless or there's no age cap on love or dating and relationships, sometimes I thought about breaking up with my current girlfriend and just stay single forever since I didn't grow up having a normal youth in terms of a dating life. So despite having a girlfriend I still feel like an incel. I get even more mad and enraged and pissed off whenever people and society think we guys or we men have the better end of the stick, think we have it better than women when it comes to dating and relationships and attracting somebody. Because the way it looks like, women just have to be attractive, that's all it seems, guys, men, need to talk a certain way, have certain social skills or social behaviors, etc. I feel like an incel due to my wasted 20s, not getting into a serious long-term relationship in my early 30s, and guys, men, deserve to be more angry and upset more than women do because the male gender is pretty much the only gender that always has to get off their asses and do something about it if they want to see results in their dating life, the only gender that needs to take action and that means take action a lot without getting anything in return

Keep playing the game and make it difficult. People come back to difficult games to try and beat it, easy games get played once and put on the shelf....
