You need your face to be super wet for this to be used properly. You should’ve seen mist flying away from your face. These devices use ultrasonic vibration to shimmy the pores. But they need use the sound to conduct the vibrations. Sort of like need the gel when you get an ultrasound. The device should glide over your face. It should never feel like it’s dragging the skin and it shouldn’t hurt or feel stab-by. The bent tip should be pointed down when it’s cleaning your pores. It should be turned up when you’re infusing your serums/moisturizers into the skin. I just did my face a few hours ago. I love getting the gunk out of my nose. My face scrubber can be used in the shower. So it’s very easy to keep my face wet. If you use it out of the shower wet one section of your at a time. Keep re-wetting if you want to go over the same area multiple times. These devices are so satisfying to use. My nose and chin are so smooth right now. The ion mess seems like BS. I have no idea what those instructions were trying to say.

You should try a blackhead loop extractor tool. I have one and it definitely gets the blackheads around the nose, but can be a little painful.

Sorry for the second, but I found more my old Esthetics book so the negative and positive ions you different things the negative is for the encrustation the infusion of product that has a Negative PH to facilitate a deep cleansing where the positive the positive ions are used for iontophoresis which is the infusion of hydrating products or water soluble products that hold a positive pH

Look up a galvanic machine. This is machine used positive and negative iones. This product is most likely used for iontophoresis which as defined in an Esthetics book is the process of infusing water soluble products into the skin with use of electrical Currents such as the use of a positive negative pull such as a galvanic machine or a microcurrent device. So basically this product is 2 in when using that positive and negative poles it's to infuse product into your skin such as hydrated products like moisturizers to really get it in more so that the skin will soak it up and process it better. I just ordered one of those about a week ago off wish for 2 bucks but this one has vacuum seal so it vaccums it out but puts them inside the machine and once your done you just open the top and rinse the top extremely easy clean up and it has a laser light on it so they never come back it seals the hole. You dont have to soak your face prior to.

These aren’t actually blackheads but sebaceous filaments. The oils at the top of the pore oxidizes and looks like blackhead but true blackheads are hard to remove.

A cheaper way to remove the gunk from your nose....in a warm shower use your finger nails to scrape your nose in a downward motion...the gunk will collect under the fingernail.

Hi just a little note...the most "blackheads" aren't real blackheads. It's mostly oil that is sitting in your pores 🤗 real blackheads aren't that easy to remove and if you look at your tissues you used to put your "blackheads" on to you'll see that it's oil 😅 greetings from Germany 🤗
