Just seen this while researching for an American Pie document I'm writing, and wow. Mena is super awesome. She's been through hell and highwater, but she's still been able to come out on the other side without being ashamed to talk about it. Mental health is a conversation, and I'm so glad conversations like these are starting to be had in the spotlight instead of being relegated to the shadows.

Yeah, I remember from American Beauty in which she was incredible and I think American Beauty was one of the first things that I watched her in. What an excellent actress! She looks like scream queen all the way.
