The Establishment has got their guns turned at all of us now since we dare to provide the resistance to their subjugation of our Society. They know that their time is pretty much up and now everyone is waking up to everything that they've been complicit in and coerced. We The People are mad as Hell and we're not taking it anymore. The time has come for Restitution, Repercussions, and Reparations for all of us now, and we'll have exactly that...

+Ashton Singleton Its at that point now, we're going close ranks, pull it together and start slowly but surely take our communities back. When you ball all your fingers at once, you make a fist and strike a mighty blow at the System and the Establishment. In Sniper School they teach that if you're hunting with one round, you wait for a clean shot...The point is being smart about knowing when to retaliate. Justice for all of us demands that we stand up, there's no turning back.

Crazy because Caine had people in his corner telling him to leave the streets behind and chase and bigger and better life but he was so caught up in the streets and wanted to catch up with his street friends everything he’s been told went through one ear and out the other. I gotta say mr. Butler’s speech and encouragement was the best in this movie hands down because it was teaching you a real life lesson as a black man in America and it’s still relatable even in today’s time. I’m so glad I can come back to this scene and relisten to every word he spoke 💯

@Paelorian6 жыл бұрын
Ironically this whole movie disproves the point. The only people who failed Caine are other blacks. The only interaction this community has with whites is police presence, well justified and helpful given the level of crime, and serving them when they attempt to better themselves by pursuing education. These characters can blame the white man all they want, but he's not even part of their lives. They perpetuate a lawless, immoral culture that they are responsible for. It's their fault for not giving a fuck. Can you expect an outside community to take care of you when you don't even care to take care of yourself and your family? The hunt is on on this movie, all right. There are predators. And they're usually the same color as the victims. The protagonist and his friends are predators preying on others in their black community.

This incredible scene will forever live strong, through the ages. With that said, the way Charles pronounces the letter "t" always made Me laugh; it's hilarious. lmao

It's crazy how my dad is South African & we would have these chats when I was younger. I only see this happening now.

“What’s that sir?” While rolling his shoulder. Brought back memories for young Kane.

Caine said it best: Mr. Butler talked to him like he actually cared about his well-being and wanted to see him make a better life for himself away from the violence.

As a fair skinned Latino who gets mistaken for Italian/white all the time, I can’t even imagine how black folks feel around the police. Shit I get nervous around them but I’ve always had nothing but good luck with cops. I feel for my African American brothers 🙏🏼

This is literally how my dad is. We have to get past surviving. We need to talk about planning 1-3-5-10 years into the future and taking some stuff over, legally.

This is so true. Shades of trayvon Martin, mike brown, Tamir rice, etc......
@d-logan52806 жыл бұрын
Trayvon Martin- Attacked a man who'd been following him, bashed his head into the ground, got shot by him in self-defense. Righteous killing. Mike Brown- robbed a store, tried to steal the gun of the cop who came to arrest him for it, got shot charging at the cop. Righteous killing. Tamir Rice- Pointing what looked exactly like a gun at people, cops shot him as they had no way of knowing it was a fake. Righteous killing.
