@@BIGPOPPARICK not true... Redbull kumite was the last tourney were Menard decimated every one with blanka and luke... After that the patch came out and that's when Menard fell. He never recovered and Luke and Blanka dropped in tier list. They tried to give luke some help with minor things but.. Akuma is easy and dishes out mad damage... The pros only play risk- reward.. they need 30% damage minimum on every drive rush cancel. If a character is not giving that optimally they will drop it
