Im starting to see a pattern here, Mena does really well when the character is busted and not nerfed, once it's balanced/patched he loses performance and his losses are more common. I'm not taking anything from him and his accolades, or how he's helping the RD fgc, but when you start losing after your main is nerfed then you need to consider more labbing, which ironically, that's what Mena told people when everyone was complaining about the Blanka set up. He can't rely on broken stuff forever.

Well thank you for so eloquently saying it for me. Seems as tho he was carried by Blankas one or two moves that got nerfed. A couple nerfs wouldn’t make me lose faith in my character. Identity crisis!!! But it at least looks like he lost some weight. Maybe he hasn’t been training digitally in SF cause he’s been training Physically.

Los q se adaptaron más rápido al nuevo meta son los q tienen más posibilidad de ganar. Además siento tmb q el nivel de los jugadores en general subió mucho.. al parecer la gente se preparó muy bien para este evento.

The FGC is diverse in personalities. It would be weird and ingenious if players all behaved uniformly. We can greatly appreciate players like Daigo and Nemo who are usually mellow calm and collective, because there are players like Punk,Menard,and Caba that sit in the middle. Then we can appreciate them even further because of players like LTG and DSP which fall in the complete opposite spectrum.
