There is a thing called visitation rights and joint custody. Your husband need to take her to Court to get visitation. PERIOD! If a man really want to see his kids there should be no mountain high enough no valley low enough to keep him away. It is his paternal right.

However, she moved to Hawaii with her parents so that his children aren't easily accessible and comes up with excuses as to why we can't come get them for the summer. There is only so much I can do being that I am not a legal guardian. I've tried talking to the children's mom to no avail and my husband has been back and forth to court the past 8 yrs which has taken a toll on us emotionally and financially. There is only so much a father can do legally in a mother-biased justice system. Please keep us in your prayers.
