Comparison of Mendeley Vs Zotero reference manager..
Extraction of Metadata from PDF is good in Mendeley and that of webpage is good in Zotero..
Memory for Free/unpaid account is 2 GB in mendeley and 200 MB in Zotero..
For Reading Mendeley is Better.
For Collaboration and Variety of Referencing Zotero is better.
For Google Docs only Zotero can be used..

Yes.. no update and support features available..but we can work on it, as long it is available.. meanwhile we have to plan for switching to zotero .

@@SPMResearchwithDrRockBritto do you have this problem of mendeley signing you out or not including your newly web imported refernces in the word plugin? Im having these issues so I will transfer to zotero

Signing out happens very often.. it will ask for repeated sign-in.. that's a big problem.. Web imported reference will be usually updated, provided there's a good internet and synchronisation done. Sometimes, if the same reference is already present, it may not appear in the recently updated. You need to search with the details of the study.. Anyways better to switch to zotero..
