Mending Books: Review & My Top 3. Wild Cottage Knitting & Crafting

In this special video from Wild Cottage Ireland's Knitting & Crafting topics, I review 7 books on visible mending, telling you a bit about what uses I think they might be best for, and then also my personal top 3 mending Books from this book selection. Thank you for this excellent video! I read a few mending books myself. I will only focus on the ones I liked. Joyful Mending is definitely one of my favourites as well. I found it to be very endearing and informative at the same time. My #1 book however is the one by Kate Sekules. I found this such an empowering read! I would recommend people to buy this book, not so much for the techniques, but more for the history and to get motivated to start mending. Another recommendation would be Make+Mend by Jessica Marquez. It is a very small book which focuses solely on sashiko-inspired mending, but it is very inspiring. And from what I've heard, Mending Life by Sonya and Nina Montenegro is supposed to be really good, but I have not been able to read it myself yet.
