Grew up and lived in this valley since 1981, living the past 25 years in Menifee. While I absolutely love Menifee and what is has to offer, I truly miss the small town it was for so many years.

I do remember portions of Newport Road being only two lanes, and all the land where we now have Lowes, Target, and so many restaurants was just dirt. At least now we have all these conveniences closer to home 😀

Just bought across sprouts on Newport rd on July 25 2021 and I love ❤️ living in this city it’s beautiful I plan to keep it that way thanks for bringing home while watching your video at work 100 miles away.

My family moved to MoVal in 89. Had my own apartment by UCR and although my heart is in downtown Riverside Menifee is nice. Started mountain biking since I moved out here you should include Greer Ranch. Actually the city should pay to keep the trails up to date and maintain them.

I always see people riding bikes over there! Menifee is building a bike park, but hopefully some longer trails like Greer Ranch will remain available.

That area has a more rural feel with dirt roads, and a mixture of houses and mobile homes. It's about 2 miles from the freeway, as well as all the shopping, dining, and other services you'll find in Sun City.

There is some fishing available for residents of specific communities, or you can try Diamond Valley Lake, Lake Skinner, Lake Perris or Lake Elsinore!

How is Quail Valley?

There are a lot of different types of property in Quail Valley. From areas that have a rural feel with dirt roads, to the master planned community of Canyon Heights, and a lot in between. There is also a lot of vacant land. You'll also find the Quail Valley Market, Quail Valley Elementary School, a fire station, and some small businesses like auto repair shops. For most shopping, dining, and other services you'll likely drive 5 to 10 minutes. I hope this helps, and thank you for watching!

What about Homeland and Romoland ? the not so good areas your only showing what’s ideal . Maybe in your next video you talk about the homeless situation increasing the robbery of cars happening break in’s etc the not so pretty situations that everyone tries to act like isn’t happening ! (:

That’s unrealistic, most cities have door handle inspectors, homeless and doggy areas nearby, including Irvine. Crime is far less out hear than many “good” cities in Orange County. Cities like Fullerton with great schools and crazy expensive homes have a crime rate 2x more than Menifee. Menifee has fewer violent crimes than Irvine and nearly ALL OC cities. I came from Buena Park, nice city. My car insurance dropped a lot because of the low crime data here. In the end I suppose it’s what you’re used to.

@@NotU-eg1jf In my opinion I’ve seen a lot of crime increase in the city of Menifee , I lived here all my life along with my family like most people I’m just saying that it would be nice if he talked about the issues going on in this town instead of promoting it I don’t care of people move here I’m not owner of this town but I do think that if this town is going to be shined a light it shouldn’t just be shined through Newport Road and track homes because there’s a lot more to Menifee then that ! It’s not what I’m used to that’s the scary part I’m aware crime happens and that’s why I’m saying talk about all of it / you should follow Menifee PD and take a look on the updates of the city and join some pages or follow on next door.
