@@FPL_Drago the football, the mindset and values he stands on all won me over. The results will be what they are, and it’s not like he’s walking into a Real Madrid who just won a UCL. I remember his first spurs interview and how he said the first season would be is exactly what we got but I never forgot that,a lot of spurs were calling for his head after 8 months which I couldn't believe ,judge here from this season onwards and we need to realise ,it's got to be built and it will take time - really hope Ange gets the time COYS

It’s sad that not enough Spurs fans understand what it takes to be elite - the lived experience, the approach, strong values and beliefs, being consistent in your messaging - whether it’s Football or business, it’s really important in great leaders. Ange has this in spades, he is exactly what this club needs to rediscover its identity and he is such a great fit for our DNA. I can’t understand why fans are negative? Is it a lack of understanding, is it frustration, entitlement, that they think they know better than professionals…of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it’s hard to understand. It’s easy to say things like we need to better at set pieces or protecting our goalkeeper from corners - these are classic basic criticisms where it almost seems the fan doesn’t think Ange doesn’t realise these things or doesn’t try to address them. The team are working all the time and Ange is still trying to get the right personnel. Bissouma is a classic example of someone who is a good footballer, but ultimately you cannot trust through his track record on the pitch and his personal life. This is Ange’s starting CDM and if Ange was honest, the starting XI is 4-5 players off and the second string is more. There is a lack of patience for Ange to implement everything he wants and get new personnel - this is a 3-5 year cycle to get the team where you want it and then go for success and fans need to be patient. This season will prove a lot, but everyone should believe in Ange and that he has the tools and leadership characteristics to bring success.
