And then you stop, you choose to not listen to it or you forget about it, and then you come back and it is very close to the feeling that it initially gave you, mixed with a bit more time, experience and rewired memories. maybe I'm just projecting, but it seems that shes trying to show us that there's aesthetic and more importantly beauty in a natural environment. I couldn't help notice the symbolism of the Cross. While most artists now get lost in their exploration of "new" places, theres a feeling of wanting to return and go back home amidst the chaos of our modern lives in unnatural cities that were marketed as fun, fast paced cultural havens that if you don't participate in you're left out and living in the past. In reality we're just miserable pathological consumers.
