My apologies for being late, but I am here. I am shocked that so many women, as soon as they find out they have the gene, instantly assume they WILL get cancer. I wonder how many have detailed genetic testing as to which mutation they have or if they are told it isn't necessary. Your outfit for today is lovely! You have a cool collection of hats.

See?! I thought/assumed (through very few sounds bites) that if I had the BRCA, I would have a high risk of getting breast cancer. Goes to show what some free education from my favorite teacher does for the soul. You certainly keep me calm. I realize if I am ever made to feel fearful with doctors, to take a breath and ask questions. I just know they will stutter because I already know the answer. 😄 Hugs to you, my dearest, and see you next week. ☺💕

Hello my favorite dearest teacher Dr. Taylor! Thank you for this and very true. Im brac1, 43, started peri-menopause symptoms last year and now had hysterectomy 2wks ago due to ovarian pre cancer so i dont know how my body will react soon to this new onset of surgical menopause (even though i was headed there soon). Briefly my oncologist said low dose Estrogen was an option since I had prophylactic dmx we will discuss later. I did watch your videos on options of estrogen and how to choose the right one for us. My question is do these same info on how to choose HRT apply to us Brac 1 gene carriers or is it different? My guess is it is the same other wise you wouldve nentioned in this video but wanted to ask you instead assuming. Thank you so very much for your kindness in sharing all this doctor info!! Bless you!! ❤

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, schedule a consultation with me! I can help you so much. The key to success is tailoring it all TO YOU. This is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. I cannot tailor things specifically to you in a comment box. It requires much more information than you can give me here, and you deserve much more information than I can give you here. No two women are alike, and addressing your situation requires tailoring all the facts specifically to YOU. I do them all via online video conferencing. You can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I look forward to meeting you and helping you.

Dr Taylor, I am wondering if next week will cover the Gail risk assessment? I just received my annual mammogram report today and noticed it on the bottom of my report. I am not familiar with this assessment but I am wondering if it will be covered.

I will cover all the breast cancer assessment tools. This breast cancer unit consists of 55 videos.
