Small menos is for April fools I think, and u can join time gates only if ur in a party and the leader starts it You can join boss raids if someone uses a time splitter high up enough for u to be able to hold e to join So like the bridge in Karakura, if you spawn it on the little railing, a menos can join it if they go to the little river
