Got to say, the interviewer was excellent. Bounced off Jason's responses really well and naturally, responded with concise and interesting anecdotes and used them to segue into follow up questions. Allowed Jason to flesh out his responses too. Really good interview.

I'd say he doesn't want to take his top off in public simply because he's a humble guy who isn't interested in showing off. He doesn't want attention and people staring at him. He trains for fitness and wellbeing, not to be a poser. I'd say that is in fact the healthy state for an ego. There's nothing odd about it, in fact what is odd is the opposite - people desperate for attention, to show off their muscles and develop an ever inflating ego and self-image of superiority.
