Menstrual Cycle Basics | 3D animation (1/2)

This 3D animation shows you the basics of the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle begins with menstruation. Once the bleeding stops, the uterine lining becomes thicker and begins to prepare for the possibility of a pregnancy. Somewhere around day 14, an egg is released from one of the ovaries and begins its journey down the fallopian tubes to the uterus. If sperm are present in the fallopian tube, fertilization can occur. If the egg is not fertilized, the egg breaks down and hormonal changes signal the uterus to prepare to shed its lining, bringing us back to day one of the menstrual cycle.

This is totally normal, but can be painful, as you say. Talk to your doctor about starting a contraceptive pill (or getting an IUD, if you would be open to this (see my other video)). This will drastically change your periods, 99% sure that this will help alleviate the pain.

Take meftal spas on first day i sometimes take it 2 at a time it is good fr menstrual cramps . No need to do anythng else it isnt good to start ocps at young age as well as its not necessary if u r married u cn consider it . Use heating pads . Have tea take rest

Hi Mario, no, that's not my own voice. If you want to hear my own voice, listen to one of my older videos (before Dec 2022) - you'll hear my European accent. I combine this youtube channel with my full-time job as a Ph.D. student and a nuclear medicine resident. At one point, I worked so hard that I realized I couldn't keep doing this and that's when I sought help. I decided to pay a professional voice-over to record the videos for me, that's probably why she has such a beautiful voice 😉. However, I still write every script and animate every video 💪😊.

The egg undergoes apoptosis in the FT itself which would be further undergo phagocytosis by macrophage or broken down by neutrophils in the FT itself . So it does not come any where near the uterus .

I’m so curious as to what happens in my body since I have irregular period. I was on birth control around 14 - 19 but then I stopped & my period can be off for months and sometimes it can be on for months as well. Normally not. If ovulation happens, there should be a period after two weeks. If your periods are very irregular, you might want to let this checked by a doctor (PCOS?).

Take 1 kg of honey ( devide in half ) Half of the honey mix with black seeds … morning and before sleep take a teaspoon. The other half save to use in this way. 1 Tsp honey 1 glass of zemzem water (hot/warm) Lemon (your taste) Drink this every morning before breakfast… It will help in Shaa Allah.

Mensturation and paimful cramps, feeling bloated a d disgusting and the inconvenience of always having to keep extra clothes, feminine napkins in my car is annoying.
