Helpful video. It took me a long time to improve the mental side of my game. I need to do better with my pre shot routine and target focus. One thing I do: I let my playing partner take the cart up to the green while I walk the fairway to the green. It gives me time to survey the layout of the green for my first putt. That helps me a lot.
