I was recently suffering from extreme anxiety and burnout. Luckily I had a vacation scheduled. I took a train to my destination which was great because I get super anxious dealing with airports. I didn’t have an itinerary planned. I just went with the flow and was present. For the first time in I don’t know how long, I didn’t feel anxious. It allowed me to reset. While I know everyone can’t take a trip but giving yourself the ability to fully disengage and come back really helps as well.
