Hello Jay... 😊You don't have to apologize but since you are a considerate and kind-hearted person, you still speak up and apologize! For me personally, it says a lot about a person and your character if you are considerate, empathetic and kind-hearted but above all... if he like animals 🤗☯☮💟 Thanks for the tip, I hadn't even thought about the fact that BY WRITING, WRITING OFF... you can basically "write something from your soul"! Wow I'm impressed... 3 such thick books... so much content... and all the other books... that's extraordinary. I think it's great that you share your personal story, experiences and thoughts with other people... 👍🏽💪🏽*_WITH THE INTENTION TO HELP THEM!!!_* I'm very happy for you that you found a way that helped you 😀I also have to point out that you... have balls but also have courage... because writing about deeply intimate and personal experiences and sharing them with the world... is anything but not easy! What you're saying reminds me of parts of my own story. I've been going through a difficult (father's suicide, my brother passed away, experiences of abuse - PTSD, addicted to painkillers, etc.) time for some time because I've become very ill and can no longer work (I receive full disability pension. I actually studied social sciences Diplom/ Master) and work in a federal agency for over 20 years) and the illness itself is bad, but because I can no longer work or do anything, I have also become severely depressed! Since normal antidepressants (which I don't take anymore) didn't work and the therapies [Hospital stays] had little effect, I decided a year ago to do ketamine therapy for my depression and that saved my life. It's not cheap but... it WORKS and that's fantastic - example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJ2VYWd-gNWCqbs It works especially on people who are resistant to therapy (hospital) and also has a chance of success/efficacy of 60-80%! Best greetzzz and much love from Germany ☺
