Pastors really need a therapist on speed dial to process through what they encounter in counseling parishioners. There is legitimate reasons why Pastors have one of the highest levels of stress than any other profession.

I agree. A lot of Pastors lean on their own understanding, when they should be seeking Godly counsel.

There are huge disparities in acknowledgement of the humanity of people of color. We ask what’s wrong with you rather than what’s happening to you or in you.
