Mental Health Days, Current Reads & Writing Background Scenes

This was a vlog that I almost wasn't going to make until I realized that I rarely see people post about taking mental health days and still considering it progress in the novel. Progress doesn't always look like an increasing word count or page numbers. Sometimes, progress looks like taking the week off to gather yourself until you feel like yourself again. My mental health reached a point where I couldn't create and was forced to go back to the basics: writing for fun. It ended up going better than I expected, and I'm already feeling so much better!!
