Mental Health Foundation Charity Workout - My Story

Hi everyone.
This has been extremely difficult for me to do, but as promised, I have made a video explaining some of the reasons that I am so passionate about the charity event I'm taking part in on 8th December, raising money for the Mental Health Foundation
I'm sorry the video is so long, but I was really nervous talking about some of these things. I'd be really grateful if you could take the time to bear with me and watch it to the end, I'm really trying to be as open and honest as possible.
