when you are in high beta to release cortisol and when there is lion in your environment and threat to your physical environment then cortical is good it is anti inflammatory or anti pain chemical and which help you to run from the loin for extended period of time without feeling the pain. But cortisol in long term , but short term cortisol is fine , but cortisol in long term really breaks your immune system and cortisol is extremely additive and you want to feel the feeling again and again and you want to think of worst case scenarios again and again because it releases get your brain into high beta and
releases toxic additive chemical call cortisol and that what knocks your body out of balance and completely out of balance and your heading to disease and your thought can laterally make you sick.
Have a Blessed Day

I really do notice that many of us as humans can be "addicted to being depressed", especially if we grow up with suffering we subconsciously end up comfortable even if we know we don't actually want that in our heart. I've had to work hard to re-program a lot of my subconscious myself! Thank you for your hard work and sharing all this information Anitha💜🙏🏽💜

Wow, what a profound insight! You're absolutely right, sometimes we can become accustomed to familiar patterns, even if they no longer serve us. It takes so much courage and self-awareness to recognize and challenge those subconscious habits. I'm in awe of your dedication to re-programming your mind and breaking free from those limitations. Thank you for sharing your personal experience and acknowledging my efforts - it means a lot to me! Keep shining your light and inspiring others to do the same 💫💖

The mind is so powerful. If we use it wisely, it takes us to beautiful places and growth. If we focus on the negativity, it can take us to some dark places and self-sabotage. Thank you for explaining the science to help us understand our actions and thoughts better ❤

No need to apologize, Akka. I’m really sorry to hear about your leg injury. Focus on your treatment and recovery - that’s the most important thing right now. When you’re ready and feeling up to it, just send me a message. It sounds like your operation was quite intense, and I hope the rod insertion is helping with your recovery. Take care of yourself and don’t rush the healing process. I'm glad you found the theory interesting. you can definitely go over the basics, synapses, wiring, and the impact of past experiences on the future, as well as auto-suggestion, once you’re feeling better. you can revisit the beta concepts and anything else you missed whenever you're ready. Take care and lots of love. Wishing you a smooth and speedy recovery. ❤️

I went through that habituated fear for 34 yrs, lots energy was spent on prediction of danger and how to prevent n protect or escape myself from those situations, n hear wd palpate faster with fear most of the time, my toes wd be bent to floor and stiff whenever the demons were around , as though - though, ready to run away from violence n danger , I can recall those situations, but now I am free toes relaxed no palpitations, u are so informative , Missi and love u❤

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like you've endured a lot over the past 34 years, and the strength it takes to face such fear and anxiety is immense. The fact that you’ve come out on the other side, feeling free, relaxed, and at peace, is truly inspiring. It's incredible to hear that you're no longer in that constant state of fear and that your body has found a way to relax. The transition from having those intense physical reactions to now feeling calm must be a profound relief. Your story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. I'm so glad to hear that you found the information helpful. Thank you for your kind words and support. Sending you lots of love and positivity. ❤️
