I definitely think you should continue your series! I think conversations like this are very important and so beneficial to the mental health community. I also give you props for being able to bring yourself to post this, especially with being a dude. Like you touched on at the very beginning of your video, your voices, too, need to be heard. Thank you for making this, I have a feeling I have SAD and possibly depression because I feel a lingering sadness everytime I have the thought that "in the end we all die so why bother."

I've had that same line of thought, but you can also counter it like "we've only got one life, so might as well make the most of it!" No point sitting around when you've only got one chance to experience so many things :)

I think you might be interested in my book White Lights: A Novel on the Crisis of Modern-Day Men. It doesn't exist in English yet but there are excerpts from it on my channel. It's about the role of manliness in social relations, especially in relationships. Personally I think manliness is not just necessary for healthy and successful human relationships but also for democracy.
