Thank you for saying all of that about depression Gabriel! That’s exactly how it is and it’s so hard. Thanks for always being open about your struggles. God bless you and Jess! I really enjoyed this episode!

It was so encouraging to hear you both share about your faith. I’ve been able to tell that both of your channels and families are built around Christ but it was so encouraging and enjoyable to hear you talk about it a bit more! Thanks so much, hope to see even more of this ❤

Just to clarify a potential misunderstanding - Islam does encourage men to be highly masculine in the sense that they should be leaders and provide for their families etc, but it does also command them to be gentle and kind (especially to their families). People like Andrew Tate are giving this notion that Islam teaches men to just be highly stoic and emotionally unavailable, which is not the case at all. Islam actually heavily emphasizes on gentleness, kindness, and patience.

Most conflicts in modern society has Muslim involvement. Christianity is soft and Muslims want to take over. There is a very big difference in religion’s.

Wow. This was so good. Especially where Gabe opened up about his struggle. Peace. My word for this year. I found it’s the person of Jesus Christ. When I struggled, I would go to Him like David in the Psalms and lay my burdens down and He would be my peace that surpasses all understanding. I also loved the part about the 3yr old girl. We have one and it’s the best!(: You guys are awesome.

What I have learned about my depression is that Satan tears me down & as soon as I realize that drop to knees & praise God or turn on some Christian music. Then I’m able to snap out of it, even stop Satan from continuing. I’ve been so blessed since then. ❤

I think with regards to faith, there's a certain amount of limitation that the East family and FMM puts on discussions of faith and I think that's totally appropriate. Because the entire purpose of FMM is to encourage family, to spread family values, and to encourage people to have families and create resources for families. That's somewhat aligned but not strictly religious.

I would love you guys to hear the stories of Jesus in Islam, you’ll be happy to know how much Muslims/Islam love Jesus, Muslims also believe Bible is the book sent by God but there are alterations made over time by human beings as you know, so the word of God isn’t in its true form, it’s contaminated by erring human beings and the our Book, Quran has been preserved since more than 1400 years ago and we have the original word of God in its pure form. It is just a small book, which can be read in one day! Give it a try, you’ll be happy to see the true stories of Jesus, son of virgin Mary, and then when you read Bible, you can tell which texts have been changed over time and which are still in their pure form in Bible😊 Give it a shot, just for knowledge, we should learn about all religions, right?

**Special request** Hi people, this is Anna-Maria, a 25 year old Christian woman from Germany who just graduated from midwifery school. I'm coming here with a rather odd request but I'm looking for someone that I can learn from, like a married couple that is just a few steps ahead of me in life as I believe that there is so much to learn from them. My vision is that I can stay with them for a few weeks and just do life with them (e.g. help cooking, cleaning etc.) and also help/volunteer in a church community. I'm really passionate about the topics that Jess and Gabriel, Milena and Jordan and Tori and Chad are talking about recently, which is about being really intentional about how we spend our time and to focus on what really matters in life and how we can serve others and bring glory to God. I would like to dig deeper and learn from people who share similar values (but don't worry, my expectations are not too high, so the people don't have to be perfect on everything and just in case you're wondering, I'm also not coming to experience special adventures or anything expensive :)). I'm actually flying to Florida at the end of next week to visit a friend for some days but after that I don't have a place to go and I'm praying for that. So if anybody knows someone who would like to pour wisdom into a young woman, just let me know. I'm going to Florida/Tampa, so it would be cool if I find someone that lives near to that but I'm also open to go anywhere else. Just let me know in the comments and thank you again :)
