I’m so glad you’re keeping things real. I feel like as soon as you mention “mental health” or “therapy” people look at you funny. I’ve needed/ gone to mental health since last October, made a world of difference for me 🙌🏻

Air Force wont kick you out .. but will kick a MEB if you’re in treatment more than a year … so kinda YES you can get medical discharge.. case by case

Thank you for watching and I’m glad you liked it. People don’t understand what PTSD is, and it’s sad. This video spoke on mental health as a whole, not just PTSD and a lot of people are upset.
