I lost my friend to suicide a few days ago. She was 13. My bf sh himself recently, and I've been dealing with sh and thoughts since 8 years old. This year has probably been the worst year of my life. I pray for everyone who's going through the same thing. Just remember that you are amazing and enough. And so many people love and care about you. When i went to the funeral for my friend, so many old friends of mine that i thought hated me came up to me and hugged me, saying they missed me.

I really hope that you find the mental healthcare you need-you _deserve_ it, and what you’re describing isn’t just “beating yourself up,” you’re describing the symptoms of a severe depression. It seems as if you recognize it, though, because you seem to recognize that the symptoms aren’t _you_ as much as the depression. You’re an interesting, funny, intelligent, very well articulated individual with a lot of people who do care about you, parasocial as it is. But at the end of the day, Ravon, I’ve learned by going tf through it with my own trauma recently that there’s not really a one size fits all treatment, but there’s a general direction to start walking in, and that direction is trying your hardest to work on this for _you_ and _no one else_ because, at the end of the day, _you are worth it because you say so_ Ravon. You’ve got this, bro, I believe in you.

Ravon, I am a young teenager that went through a traumatic event (my dad passed away) and I have gotten therapy (just finished a session), please go to therapy. Don’t give up on yourself because your content has always made me laugh and brighten my day. Things will get better and therapy is will and is going to help you. Do not isolate yourself from your friends and because things will get worse if you keep doing that. You are strong, confident, kind, and funny. Therapy will help you if you acknowledge the mental issues going in your brain and that is the first step of healing. Do not give up on yourself because I believe in you. ❤

Hey, thanks. Im a girl born into a family of drug addicts, never being able to see my parents and always being lied to and its heartbreaking, my parents are amazing people and it hurts to see them ruin their life and hide away to drugs over their own daughter. Sometimes they argue and they scream and cuss, they never hit me or eachother but sometimes when i look at them i get scared, like i dont even know them. I have always felt alone seeing other kids spend time with their parents knowing that they have a life i will never have. Sometimes i just simply....dont feel loved, and i never understand why

As a teenager in high-school, I understand where you are coming from. I have been battling depression and s-icidal thoughts since elementary school. the title scared me so bad. we love you. mental health is so difficult to work through. i've struggled with anxiety for my whole life and more recently developed depression and a few self-harming behaviors. This exact experience of constantly putting yourself down no matter what situation you’re in, and there’s no real reason for it. Also, the part where you honestly just start feeling like it’s exhausting to constantly have these thoughts…that’s exactly what i’ve been feeling.
