This is a definitely well needed video series in general for people with or without these issues. It is very surprising just how similar your situation and issues are exactly the same as mine. It is great to not feel alone with these issues, a problem shared is a problem halved. 💪

This was a very good video. I also keep a notebook at my bedside and vent into it which really helps. I look forward to seeing the follow up videos. Good on you for doing this, it must of been tough 🙂

Interesting video good sir! I used to write day recordings all the time back than but after 2020, I didn’t have the motivation to do it anymore because of reasons. I kept them all in a folder from 2015 to 2020. Last one I did was Christmas of 2021, that was a happy one at least :v Can’t wait to see next one :)
