The conflict between Russia and China has escalated into a full-scale war, now that the Chinese military has arrived at the Leninsk Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, their target appears to be these missile launchers. If the Chinese captured these missiles, it would pose a huge threat to Yuri's plans. Several converted Arsonists were sent to Baikonur with the intention of burning the missiles before China could capture them.
Objective 1: Destroy all missile launchers before the Chinese military captures them.
