I have question blesse In case of (denture wearer present with red swelling in buccal vestibule ) after 2 week , Which type of biobsy we take ?? Is it incisional ? Or we must wait to how the lesion look like , and then we descised which type of biopsy Is that right ..!! If we havs question in exam and he need determine the type of biopsy in this case What we must write , the correct answer for this question?? I wish you answer my question

If didnt resolve within 2 weeks after tooth extraction then best is punch Biopsy and 2nd is incisional biopsy. Both may be termed as wedge biopsy. So any1 of 3 can be the answer

You said Resection is used for Tumors initially and then under the resection slide you said Tumors and Cysts... Do you mind clarifying? Thanks your videos are great!

Good question! Generally, resection is a bit much for a cyst, but can be done for a more aggressive multilocular cyst for example.
