Francis was heavily and I mean heavily against it. He made it more clearer than anyone else. He'd obviously learned his lesson from dread and knew it was a liability. If only he had the same attitude to something else and the biggest problem was, the fairly massive fraud side of things which had a lot of listings. The Germans are also right, when they claim a lot of Germans used the site because the Germans heavily matched the dutch sellers in terms of drug listings, then id say the UK was third for listings, US was 4th and Canada is 5th. You had some odd countries like India with their werid pharmaceuticals you can't get anywhere else.
