This is really great, I wish there were a bit more details. I can figure out the paint colors, but man it's a bit difficult to find where to get the prop boxes and such ^.^ This is really great though, I am planning on doing this for my friend's birthday who likes the fallout games

U can go to a printer store and ask for a transparent adhesive paper for inkjet printers, that's what I did. ^^

¿el betún de judea podría sustituirse por cualquier betún marrón? ¿y la patina por un barniz?

amisirlou Claro! Incluso por pintura acrílica normal. La patina es más para hacer el efecto que hace el betún, pero como más "pastosillo", el barniz utilízalo solamente para darle la capa final (ya que es transparente y solo sirve para proteger y a su vez darle un acabado brillo o mate, depende del que cojas). vechmaster Uhhhmmm... If I didn't have bitumen, I'm sure I would used acrylic paint, like dark brown and black. Try with that!

Really, really, good but two things. 1. In my perspective its a tiiiiny bit too dirty, dontcha think? I mean your Quantum is nearly crystal clear. 2. The silver paint isnt really needed, because the silver under it serves as silver paint, except, more "silvery" and real. Otherwise perfect.

It actually makes a huge difference to use silver paint. If you use transparent stickers on a plain metal back, it becomes quite.. Strange. The silver paint can however be substituted with white or a light gray, but it's very much necessary or else it looks very out of place. 'Tis how the stickers work.

jack lette the guy of the first comment explains it very well. A light color in the base (in this case the silver paint) is VERY necessary when you use transparent stickers. And about the Quantum, I did that way because this is how I see them with my own perspective in the game, Quantum bottles are a rare and special item, and in my opinion they look always so clean and bright.
