I'm not a hangul speaker but I did research, she said 첫... is the same sound but cheot has the siot there, cheo(처) means wife cheot(첫) means first.

***** perhaps i did not make myself clearer. i knew it's 첫 (means 'first'), the "s" at the back of that word is silent, as in the 's' is not pronounced, that's why i romanized it as "cheo"; anyway, thats not my question. i was asking, what korean word did Taeyeon use for "experience". i put 2 question marks to indicate the words i wanted to know. i'm pretty sure it sounded like 2 syllable, so 2 question marks. i did not mean to ask about "cheot", i meant to ask the 2-syllable word that came after "cheot". apologies for the confusion.
