Chocolate milk will help more because of the sugar. I learned this from a lady selling chilli pickles at a market, that made my eyes water. I went to get some fudge samples from another stall. Congrats to Austin and Jess. Cam's reaction made me a little bit teary eyed. So sweet.

I like the lemon pepper wings and you only gave it a 15 lol That being said I will certainly try the other flavors. Parmesan garlic is usually my go to. I tried Blazin and woooo it was so hot that my mouth was on super fire. I've had blazin like 3 times in my life and they definitely changed the recipe to make it hotter. Cam is such a sweetheart. Always so excited to see the family growing. I swear you have the most loving friends and family. Congrats on baby #3! I'm so excited. I also was playing a game while watching the video and a character screamed the same time as Austin at 30:14. It sounded identical and I lost it.

chocolate milk helped more due to the sugars in it. Drinking or eating sugary things can help tame the heat. But they also say drinking milk after eating hot foods can trap the capsaicin on your tongue under the fattiness of the milk. that if you drink it before eating hot food it can help the capsaicin come off your tongue.

I used to work at a pizzeria here in Louisiana called Rotolo’s and they have a cheese-stick appetizer called the Chalmette Cheesticks and the base is Garlic Parmesan mixed with Buffalo and it is sooooo good people got that mix on wings and even as the base for the pizza on some occasions. SO FREAKING GOOD also the cheese sticks came with 4 different cheeses I meeeeaaannn
