Good stuff when it comes to cooking, looks super tasty specially with the wine added. Here in Chile we have a stew quite similar to this one, it's called cazuela and you can put meat, pork or chicken, but the vegetables are almost the same (carrots, onions and so on). What I am impressed about is the camping location (I guess you are travelling around England or somewhere else out there), but also the fact that landlords (if that's the accurate term) are open minded and let people stay on their ground for a while. In Chile you have to pay to get into some camping places. Nonetheless I like your videos and recipes, keep doing your best out there mate
