The indirect heat on the salmon for the first recipe was genius. The ONLY downside is no crispy salmon skin which I'm all about.

These videos are my go-to videos for relaxing. Iʻve also started buying some cast iron cookware (start small and see how they are). I also want to try making bread but have to figure out how to do it in my oven since I live in a town in Hawaii. That said, keep bringing us those vidoes.
