I like the cute yet sexy, playful yet hard hitting, street tough yet glam and girlie mixed vibes while the vocals are so good and the tones are so distinct from each other. Have watched several of their stage performance videos, and each one is high production -- high budget -- and the girls slay every time.

Looking forward to more music from MEOVV. People tend to forget TheBlackLabel is Teddys record label and he is one of the best YG producers that produced songs for Blackpink, Big Bang and 2NE1. Therefore, it will have some connection to YG sounds because that is his roots.

I was waiting to see your reaction to the group. Some people like them and some people don't. I really like them but I am also a fan of Babymonster and some people have compared the song to Batter Up which had the same reaction. Some info on the girls. In the opening frame starting from the left with the white top - Gawon (Korean-American - born in the USA - 19), Anna (Japanese - 18), Ella (Korean-American - born in Los Angeles - 15), Narin (Korean - 17) and Sooin (Korean - 19). Sooin and Gawon are 15 days apart making Sooin the older of the two. Gawon is a former model, Anna is a model and actress and has been in some J-dramas and Ella was a child model and has done some acting in America. Ella trained at YG and is friends with the girls in Blackpink. She is particularly close to Jennie and people say she looks like her. The group's name, Meovv, is an acronym for My Eyes Open Wide. They also have teasers for each member.

The reference to Island 2 during the Twitch stream, from which this video was edited out for YT, was in the context of them also coming out from and/or collaborating with The Black Label soon. The chat during the stream wasn't saying MOEVV was the Island 2 group itself.
