Hi Victoria, I wanted to thank you for what I've learnt from your videos regarding hamsters. Some time ago I bought a robo (I used to have a Syrian and 3 Djungarian ones,all lived more than 2 years so I think I took care of them quite well) but I wasn't aware how much they can differ not only because of species but also because they have different characters. My robo is different from all hamsters I have had so car, he is shy and he gets scared easily. I followed your tips regarding the size and type of the cage and its decoration (couple of hideouts, no bars, a plastic wheel without wholes, much more bedding, hay, sand, hidden snacks, hand-made snacks hideouts, water bottle instead of a pot etc.). My hamster seems to love all that, he started cleaning itself in front of me, taking snacks from my hand, generally, he is less scared. Thank you soooo much! ❤️ Best wishes from Poland🇵🇱

You could freeze it if you want peace of mind, as for the wheel is it the same style as the old one just bigger? Make sure it's easy enough for them to spin :)

same but i give my hamsters 20-23 inches of bedding and each of they cages are around 50-75 inches tall and they haave around 500 sqquar inches floor space

Give the hamster a toilet paper tube stick it in the bedding with bit poking out then maybe he/she will burrow or you can just give it time

@@sarah-wu5sv every time your hammy comes on you without biting give them a treat. Then they will learn that they get rewards for being good. It will make your hammy more comfortable around you. I did that with my winter white and she is amazing now

I love Sadie and JJ😻 I’ve always been an animal lover, and always had pets growing up. But I had never got one as an adult. But my daughters recently each got a cat. Pertoon and Nairobi. And a while later we rescued a very skinny and sick looking tiny little baby kitten we named Ishka. And I’ve become official cat lady. I buy them more toys and surprises then I do my kids these days. Gonna look into this box! Thanks for sharing!

1• Bin cages 2• You will be able to clean it less often so you don't have to buy as much bedding as you would with a smaller cage That's all that I have at the top of my head right now :)

I mean cleaning is almost non existent when you have a large proper sized enclosure as spot cleaning is really only needed unlike a small cage that's going to get soiled everywhere very fast.
