I have this bilateral. Just started 2 months now. The tingling is the worst. I apply muscle rub and it calms it down. I feel really down . I am a healthy 46 . This makes me feel bad. I start crying away from my wife so she does not see me. Please help. I live in New York.

I tried RFA and many other things no help. The surgeon pansied out on cutting my nerves. I thought about the stimulator but canceled it because I found carnivore and began supplementing magnesium and all vitamin Bs and seeing results. 60-90 days I’ll stop supplements because meat will maintain my levels once out of deficiency. I discovered the Myelin sheath erodes at 400mcg/L of B12 and I truly believe this is what it is; timelines of this match up with my entire story and all the remedies don’t work; I know my nerves are pinched they hurt because the outer layer has eroded away. Total regeneration of the nerves myelin sheath may or may not be possible but we will see. It’ll take months to maybe a year, two or longer to repair since it’s one of the slowest repairing parts of the body the nerves. However 45 days in and I’m seeing better results than anything the last 15 plus years. Don’t give up there’s hope go out and find it.
