To get the best chances of winning in QM, you need heroes that can cover several roles, because you can't count on the QM matchmatcher or your team mates to fill them for you. Camper, Laner With sustain, and team fighter. Heroes like Rag, Sonya, Raynor, Fenix, Malth, and so on. The more you can cover, the better your chances.

Also the amount of skillshots in team might make a difference. The less the better.

I've only watched like 3 mins of this so far. I can already tell you this needs to be like a video that you have to watch before you can even Que for a SL game from Bronze - Gold. I watch these videos and a lot of videos from Fan the former HGC player, which have very much improved my play. Yes, I'm currently in silver, but it's so hard to get out of silver just into gold because all people want to do is fight over Objective. Where you need to soak and get camps to gain that added pressure in lanes.

Raynor my favourite hero for camps. He can solo, he do it fast, and he can dont go base and just heal himself.

But you don't really need to soak because the XP can be picked up whenever so get all the camps them go pick up lane XP and your ahead

Nobody in Gold rank will ever think like that, hell even in plat nobody thinks like that, what really is going to happen, Joh will not know who/how to engage, KTZ will not able to combo his abilities because of his 20% win rate with him, GM will probably pick the wrong talents, Rehgar probably will not go bloodlust and Sonya wiil try to camps and flame others for dying.

Dunno about exp, but i take camps on particular time to do as much structure damage during the objective, and if enemies are sane, to force 1 enemy away from obj to defend that lane. With proper map control i even go for enemy camps with a possible kill. Also u can kill a camp, but not take it right away. Often people seem to ignore that and just rush to take camp

This is a mind boggling stupid comment that it kind of makes the rest of the video silly. Hero Kills give XP too but why do people say to prioritize minion waves over killing heroes. The reason is because the minions are a better way to get XP. Same is true with camps. It takes a while to clear them so they are in inefficient way of getting XP. You want camps because they create lane pressure. For instance, say you get a camp before an objective. If left alone, that camp will push down the lane and get towers, forts, wells, ect. Either the enemy ignores them or they have to send someone to clear it, giving you an advantage. This is why we get the bruiser camp on Battlefield of Eternity at lv 4 despite that camp being harder to get. It's not for the XP it provides. It's for the pressure it creates. Camp's value is always lane pressure because they keep your lanes pushing out. It's also why stealing camps can be valuable because now the enemy loses some of that pressure to put on you or to deal with pressure form your own camps. illustrate One Minion Kill: 80xp Seige camp (easiest to get at lv 1): 284xp (less than 4 minions) One Heroe: 300xp If xp is all that mattered, it is better to gank heroes (which also means they don't collect experience from waves). This thinking is moronic to say the least.

I mean, that's another use. Example Sky Temple, enemy team has their siege giants. If you run without offlaner, fighting for temples and nobody is there, the siege giants will get the wall and half the fort. If you take your giants, they'll mitigate that damage. Of course everybody gets them and then they do nothing. But when you don't take them, you lose structures. Like XP. If the opposing team does the same soaking / rotating routine, they get the same amount of XP, so there's no advantage. It's more about avoiding the disadvantage of NOT soaking. One team has three lanes covered, the other forfeits, which simply leads to an advantage.
