People start comparing this to a GT2RS, SVJ and Performante without taking into consideration the fact that this is a front engine car with way less horsepower. With a rear/mid engined car you can get on the gas much more aggressively when exiting corners. Simple laws of physics tell you that without weight over the driving wheels there is just a certain amount of traction tires can provide. Mr. Gebhardt, great driving, you just earned big respect and a new subscriber. Thumbs up!

This laptime is 4 seconds quicker than Mr. Gebhardts laptime with the 991.2 911 GT3 RS MR from Manthey Racing! It's even 5 seconds quicker than Mr. Gebhardts own lap with the AMG GT R first generation and even 7 seconds quicker than with a Porsche 918 Spyder! A laptime of 7.06 minutes means, it's only 8 seconds slower than his lap with a 911 GT2 RS, which is the only car so far which achieved a sub7 Nordschleife lap with Christian Gebhardt behind the steering wheel.

Es ist nichts Neues mehr, dass der AMG GT R und auch dieses neue Pro-Modell extrem gut fahrbar sind! Wenn der Rennfahrer erst mal volles Vertrauen hat, dann kann er auch viel müheloser damit wirklich schnell fahren. Die Porsche 911 GT3 RS sind dagegen etwas schwieriger zu fahren, weil sie nicht ganz so gutmütig wie die AMG GT R Modelle im Grenzbereich sind. Das Front-Mittelmotor-Konzept des AMG spielt hier bestimmt eine Rolle, und alle 911 GT3 haben letzten Endes immer noch minimal mit den Heckmotor-Eigenheiten im absoluten Grenzbereich zu kämpfen. Deswegen hat Porsche mittlerweile ja auch für den 911 RSR Rennwagen den Motor vor die Hinterachse verlagert. Nur die absolut besten Rennfahrer werden mit den Porsche 911 GT3 RS schneller als mit den Konkurrenz-AMGs sein.! Seine Rundenzeit hier ist sogar um 4 Sekunden schneller, als seine eigene Runde mit dem 991.1 911 GT3 RS MR von Manthey Racing! Er ist hier 7 Sekunden schneller als seine Runde mit dem Porsche 918 Spyder. Das muss man sich erst mal vorstellen...! Nur 10 Sekunden langsamer um die Nordschleife als Kevin Estre im 911 GT3 RS ist schon irre schnell!

ZL1 Time was from factory. This is an amateur driver. ZL1 has 65hp more. And is still a lot slower. I am sure they have used drag radials for the record lap. 🤦‍♂️

@@marcelk3847 No they used the factory Goodyear Eagle Supercar 3R tires. A drag radial on a racetrack what a joke ^^. Drag radials are only used for straight line (1/8 and 1/4 mile). ZL1 1LE costs 3x less than the Mercedes by the way.

Ist nicht das Topmodell gibt 2 Stärke Fahrzeuge beide kann man aber noch nicht kaufen nur vorbestellen so wie ich es mit bekommen habe. Balck series kommt Nächstes jahr die hat fährt unter 6:55 wie ich gesagt bekommen haben und den AMG One ist nochmal eine ganze Ecke schneller. Der hat mehr als 1000 PS. Mal sehen was die fahren😂

@@tomislavpenic7198 das einzige Auto was im SportAuto Test unter 7' fuhr war der endlos teure GT2RS. Alle anderen sind langsamer. Der GT R hier ist das drittschnellste je gemessene Fahrzeug. Schneller als alle Lambo, schneller als alle Corvettes, schneller als alle McLaren und auch schneller als alle BMW (eh klar, die bauen ja keine Sportwagen) Die Werkszeiten von Lambo und Porsche müssen aufgrund des viel zu großem Abstandes zu der seriösen Nachprüfung im SportAuto-Test zweifellos als Fake gelten. Man weiß ja zu welchem Konzern die beiden Marken gehören. ;-)
