Stock turbos won’t allow it to go 700hp. I would say this was making 670hp-680hp but the AMG GT R drivetrain is incredibly efficient.

I think its because this car goes through the track so fast that you have a more zoned-in perspective. But actually being on the driver's seat is like being on the front row of a roller coaster, which I find no video is yet to convey.

I'd say it's a shame Europe isn't getting the C8 ZR1 (even though I hate the look of the C8's) to get your thoughts on the 1064hp new Corvette, but I'm sure your one dealer connection is probably going to do his best getting around that red tape to get one, so maybe you still will get a chance to take the new ZR1 around the Ring and give us your thoughts...more aero and downforce than the Z06, but a slightly softer chassis setup.... plus the big HP number, sounds like it could be a Ring weapon

I'm not making excuses for poor driving, but sometimes it's not possible to move aside IMMEDIATELY without falling off the track. Don't forget that the car overtaking has an obvious performance and handling advantage over the car being overtaken, which is already going as fast as it can. It has zero 'safety margin' for taking instant evasive action; the driver of the faster car needs to make allowances for the performance difference. I know that some drivers ARE genuinely selfish and/or stupid and resent being overtaken, but not every one. (Just my opinion.🙂)
