Mercedes-Benz C-Class & GLC: How to Remove and Install the Front Bumper

When you reinstall a replacement bumper cover, how do you adjust the height to align with the hood? My passenger side is too low. All screws to attach the bumper cover lined up properly, but the height is too low on one side. I already screwed the hood bumper all the way down, but the bumper cover is lower than the hood, which looks bad.

What about the adaptive distronic sensor behind the 3 point star? Will that need reset?

I didn't get any faults after disconnecting the unit and then reattaching it.

For the star you just twist it off and the connection is right behind it
