Strange, I used a brand new generic cr3020 to replace a dl3020 but the fob wont work... Any ideas why?

The most common scenario is that the battery is in upside down

I can't slide the door forward it just won't go maybe I need to super glue my finger to the plastic back or something I don't know.

Mine had some sort of glue inside. I had to force it open the 1st time to break the glue seal. And then works now

My cover wouldn’t slide until I FULLY depressed the little square chrome button. Needed a fingernail to push. Then it slid easily. Thanks for video. Faster than pulling out the manual.
