Its all a learning curve lad for sure. Once you are in the wagon for any period of time you will always end up chopping and changing the layout and setup. Nice wagon, wiring needs work to tidy it up but as he said, 80% complete. 100 quid to fill up for 250 miles, thats 400 KM, not bad. I get 550 to 600 km on a full tank (100 ltrs) for 120 AUD, 70 quid roughly in the Pajero, so not bad at all when comparing the rig size. Enjoyed that. cheers.

Very true the days are getting even better numbers at 13-15mpg so cheaper than the Landy if I split the trip with someone. how's life treating you??

True, its currently insured as a motorcaravan. the problem start after the vehicle exceeds £50k (after all its self-build) so valuations will be needed.

Dullest question in the world but I always wonder how somebody goes about getting car insurance for a vehicle they're living in. Presumably there must be specialist policies or something? And then, I guess, you need a PO box to use as a mailing address.

@@Bugoutvehiclesuk Right ho. It's obviously possible, cos people ARE doing it. I'm just clueless about what it involves. A video going through all the "admin" involved in setting yourself up to live in a mobile home might be interesting. That's probably something for EBE257's channel though. Gotta say, I'm jealous of all the cool vehicles you seem to have in your area. Around here (rural farmland) the only "off roaders" are rusty Disco 1s and an "overland" vehicle is a rusty Disco 1 with a multi-bag of Wotsits and a crate of Irn Bru in the back. Course, it doesn't help that there's no Green Lanes in Scotland so "off-roading" usually just involves hooning around a cooperative farmer's land. Great video BTW. I probably don't say that enough cos you're one of those youtubers who always seems to put together quality videos and I take it for granted.
