Measurement for enough oil in diff is bottom edge of filling hole. When oil starts to drip that is enough oil in diff. Also, car has be horizontal for right measurement. Plugs have to be tightened according to manufacturers specks.

I changed it for first time at 200.000 km and it was pretty dirty. Well I put in Liqui Moly 85w-90 and it seems the car is slower now. I dont know if it is right oil ?

It has to be Mercedes recommended such as Valvoline. Liquid Molly is mainly for race cars you'll be getting some gear slippage feeling slow and sluggish

@@RIchardDavidson007 the car now since the video has 111,000 miles ,it looks clean because I change it every 50,000 miles like it's recommended. . Don't forget to change the other fluids as recommended such as brake fluid to coolant fluid transmission fluid power steering fluid

@@redbaron2448 that is a great advice and the best one is to do that early because Benz OEM fluids ensure frequent service... ie. they are either not great or when it is they use as little as possible such 1Qt rear diff 🙄

Must remove fill plug first to make sure you can fill oil
