Non so se ci sia una " vittoria a tavolino " della Sauber Mercedes , però bisogna ammettere che la Porsche Can-Am ha bruciato sulla partenza la Sauber Mercedes, ha accumulato un vantaggio cospicuo, e solo nel finale è stata superata . C'è da dire che fra le due auto esiste un abisso di anni delle due progettazioni : inizio anni 70 la Porsche, inizio ( se non ricordo male) anni 90 la Sauber Mercedes. Un motivo in più per levarsi tanto di cappello per i tecnici Porsche, che hanno progettato e costruito una grande vettura, una delle più belle e significative di tutti i tempi.....

I've reached 405kph on the 917/30, messing with the car's settings before racing. But it was a loong time ago, today i don't have assetto anymore so i can't show no proof. Also i would've beat that mercedez, bc i did races like this one and if you really get to know this car, you can beat almost everything except for f1 cars from 2000 and onwards bc they're faster on slow speed turns.
